  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary depending on the product. Custom or pre-order wigs may take longer to ship.

  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Wigs by Capearla is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of wigs and hairpieces (personal and hygiene products), all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom wigs are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
